Shipping & Delivery

FitAF Performance LLC works with multiple fulfillment and licensed clinical partners. Depending on the products in your order, items may be shipped separately, arrive at different times, and use different carriers.


Supplement Orders

Supplement products are fulfilled and shipped through our fulfillment partners operating within the United States.

Order processing:
Most supplement orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days before shipment.

Transit times (U.S.):
Once shipped, most domestic supplement orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

Shipping coverage:
Supplement orders ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Tracking:
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.


Temperature-Controlled & Clinical Shipments

Certain products (including physician-prescribed therapies, peptides, hormone therapies, and laboratory-related items) are shipped directly to the client by licensed clinical partners.

Key details:

  • Direct-to-client delivery

  • Cold-chain shipping (e.g., dry ice) when required

  • Discreet, privacy-focused packaging

  • Nationwide delivery to all 50 U.S. states

Because these shipments are temperature-sensitive and time-critical:

  • Delivery timing may be coordinated

  • Signature requirements may apply

  • Packages should be opened promptly upon delivery

  • Storage instructions included with the shipment must be followed immediately

Dry ice sublimates naturally and does not indicate a shipping issue.


Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@fitafperformance.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • Description of the issue

Claims must be reported promptly after delivery to be eligible for review.


Returns

Due to safety, handling, and regulatory considerations:

  • Supplement products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Temperature-controlled or clinical items are not eligible for return once shipped, except where required by law.
